WagonWorks knows your company.
Ask it what you need. Answers from your own work in Microsoft 365.
Find the document. Catch up on a customer. Review the next step. For teams of 1–50 on Windows. Your team approves before anything sends or saves.
- Where did we put that?
- Which one did we send?
- What happened while I was gone?
- Did anyone answer her?
- Can you make this into a spreadsheet?
- What am I forgetting?

Works where you already work. Nothing new to log into — it uses the Microsoft work account your team already has.
Your workspace stays in your SharePoint. Your files stay in your Microsoft 365, and it only sees what you can already see.
A person approves everything. Nothing sends or saves until someone on your team says yes.
Things people actually ask at work
Six things people say at a desk. One answer each.
Find
“Where did we put that?”
The signed certificate is somewhere. Teams, an email attachment, a folder someone renamed in March. Three people are looking, and the client is on hold.
Find
“Which one did we send?”
Proposal FINAL.docx. Proposal FINAL 2.docx. Proposal Final-MarkEdits.docx. Proposal ACTUAL FINAL.pdf. The client has one of them, and nobody is certain which.
Catch up
“What happened while I was gone?”
Two days out and the inbox is a wall. Somewhere in it is the one reply that changes what you do first this morning.
Reply
“Did anyone answer her?”
A client wrote on Tuesday. Two people saw it. Each assumed the other replied. It is now Thursday.
Make
“Can you make this into a spreadsheet?”
The numbers are in a PDF, an email and a Word table. Someone needs them in Excel by three, and retyping them is how mistakes get made.
Organize
“What am I forgetting?”
The renewal that was going to be a task. The follow-up you promised in a meeting. The document that is still in Downloads. You know something is loose.
A little less searching. A lot more doing.

A familiar sign-in. Your existing files. A new way to get through the work.
Connect your Microsoft 365
One person signs in and grants admin consent. WagonWorks sets up your company workspace in SharePoint.
Give your team the app
Install the Windows desktop app. Everyone uses their own Microsoft work account, with the access they already have.
Ask. Review. Keep moving.
Find answers from your work, check the source, and review proposed documents and tasks before approving them.
Your files stay where they are. New documents live in your own SharePoint.
Already using Copilot?
Give it a workspace that knows the business.
Microsoft 365 Copilot helps with work across Microsoft apps. WagonWorks brings a company workspace in SharePoint and a Windows desktop app for finding, drafting and reviewing that work together. Keep the Microsoft tools your team already uses.
A place for the work
Your company’s files and working knowledge, organized in your own SharePoint.
An answer you can check
Ask a question, open the named source, and check it against the original.
A draft you decide on
Review the proposed reply, document or task before approving the action.
The paid Copilot add-on is optional. Supported Microsoft 365 plans and WagonWorks seats are separate purchases. Check the requirements and estimate your seats, or see Microsoft’s Copilot overview.
Why it’s safe to turn on
It only sees what you can already see.
WagonWorks runs on each person’s own Microsoft sign-in. If someone can’t open a folder today, they still can’t see it through WagonWorks. Nothing opens up that wasn’t already open.
Your team stays in control
- Built inside your own Microsoft 365. Your files stay there.WagonWorks lives in your company’s SharePoint. It sends the AI only the excerpts it needs for an answer, and keeps no copy of your files.
- It drafts. You approve. Then it sends.Every reply, document and task is shown to a person first. Every time, no exceptions.
- When it can’t do something, it says so.Ask for an image or a branded deck and it tells you plainly, then hands you a link into Microsoft’s own tool with your request carried over.

Explore all questionsDoes it read files my team can't see?
No. It runs on each person's own Microsoft sign-in. If you can't open a folder today, it can't either.
Do I need to buy Microsoft Copilot?
No. Business Standard, Premium and E3/E5 already include the Copilot Chat it runs on. Business Basic on its own won't work.
Will it send something to a client on its own?
Never. Every reply, document and task is shown to a person first. Nothing goes out until someone says yes.
What does it cost?
$39 per seat per month, month to month, no minimum seats. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Seats & billing.
What if I stop using it?
Everything it organized stays in your Microsoft account. Nothing is taken back.
Is my work used to train someone else's AI?
No. Your files stay in your SharePoint. The AI sees only the excerpts it needs to answer you, and WagonWorks trains nothing on them and keeps no copy.
